Tianna holds an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Ursuline College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she worked in Human Resources as a recruiter and project coordinator, where she developed strong skills in negotiation, operations, and strategic communication. She has also been a licensed cosmetologist since 2005, reflecting her long-standing commitment to professionalism and client service.
